Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PureCuts Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“PureCuts”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to the Return & Replacement provisions below, where applicable.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery,
- Defective,
- Incorrect, or
- Missing from your order,
please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer support.
To process your request, we may ask for:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement,
- A refund, or
- Another suitable resolution at our discretion.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
Products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice.
- Free from signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly:
- Opened or used products.
- Personal care or hygiene products.
- Consumable items.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless required under applicable law).
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacement Policy
Where eligible, PureCuts may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to:
- Product availability,
- Verification of the reported issue, and
- Compliance with this policy.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- An incorrect product was delivered,
- The product was damaged during transit,
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed, or
- The return is due to an error on the part of PureCuts.
8. Refusal of Returns
PureCuts reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if:
- The product has been used or altered.
- The return request is made after the specified reporting period.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
- The claim is found to be false, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
